Microsoft isn't selling spares yet, so they are worth a decent amount, but I think there's a fake bidding war going on.

I'm fairly sure you can get a replacement PSU from MS for something like $35. I forget how though.

You can, but you have to do it a certain way. You can't just buy them from Microsoft.

What's a "fake bidding war" mean? Shill bidding?
Ebay has that new option to block people with low feedback. Um.... "Block bidders who are currently winning or have bought 1 of my items in the last 10 days and have a feedback score of 0 or lower." In other words. Zero feedback buyers (or spammers) can only ruin one auction at a time.

It's all about super rich Home Theater enthusiasts. The reason that I got a second one, was cause I needed to have a power supply pre hooked in another home theater.
It's freaking wealthy ass home theater enthusiasts, that want to have power supplys pre connected at their various entertainment center setups. I would be buying another one myself, if I could get one for like $50 or less, just because you can move a 360 around from room to room, super fast. But these fools are idiots to be paying that much for them. They might as well just freaking get a core system!!!

Well a store in town had one 360 stolen the other day and they could not get the power supply so now a theif is in need of a power supply. That is a crazy price!

Since when did they do 0 or lower? I thought it was negative feedback -1 and lower or any unpaid item strikes within 30 days or so?

It's up to the seller to decide how strict (if all) he wants his bidding regulations to be. It's in the Selling Prefs section.
