I do not know if this goes in this forum so I apologize ahead of time if it does not.

I ordered this item from this website here:

It cleary states that they have it in stock as it does now.I ordered it and I get a confirmation email saying it has been ordered.I then get another one saying my order has been placed on back order for it not being in stock at this time.I was furious and emailed them a polite letter explaining to them that it says its in stock but you dont have it.I would have never ordered it at all if it wasnt in stock.I have emailed 3 times and no replies.What are my options because I am not going to take this crap if I dont have to?

how far apart did you email them?(days, weeks) they could have had it in stock but recieved an order before yours. if you paid through credit card then tell them if they don't answer you are going to cancel payment. i don't know, just trying to help a little though.

Thanks for the advice.I paid with paypal as that was one of there options.

i would let them know that you feel like your getting ripped off and if they don't answer your email that your going to file a complaint with paypal to get a refund. usually that will force them to reply and if they don't then you should actually file for a refund with paypal. did anyone on this site ever order from them?

I dont know thats what I want to find out.How hard is it to file a complaint with paypal and what proof do I need to get that done?

Don't think it belongs in B&S but...

How much time did you give them to work out the problem from the first time you contacted them? If you contacted them three times in say, an hour, no wonder you're not getting prompt help. Give it three days. Also look for a phone number to contact them directly.
