V-5 for the MegaDrive

I picked this game up recently. It looks like the same as Grindstormer for the Genesis. According to Genesis Collective, it is. However, the back boxart for V-5 refers to "2 in 1". Anyone know what this means? Are there any differences between the two games?

Also, what is the rarity/$ on V-5. The guide does not give rarity ratings for most Japanese MegaDrive games.

No difference. The 2 in 1 means that it has both the Gradius-style powering up and auto powerup. One is Grindstormer, the other V-V.
