I'm not going to repeat any from the above list of great games, so consider these additions to them

Dreamcast: Bomberman Online. Best bomberman game ever!
PS2: Crash Team Racing
Xbox: The Bible Game (j/k ... although I dunno, I've never played it, it might be good, like that old SNES wolfenstein rip-off about noah's ark)
Gamecube: Mario Golf

Both available for under $10, and are the best multiplayer games on the system.
