Sega Saturn Video CD Card

I Have a Japanese Video CD card for the Sega Saturn.

Made by JVC / Victor; no box or manual. Just the card itself.

Should work fine in US Saturns as the video system is the same as Japan (NTSC), but I can't confirm this...

It will work on US Saturns, but they will have to be able to play Japanese imports (either with a chip, a gameshark, an st-key, etc.) my saturn won't play VCD's until the adaptor is in place.
