I wonder if the writers of that particular number and/or the performer of said number have offed themselves as a result.
Funny as hell though.

Actually this is the prefect explaination of why writers are so deeply troubled and often sink into a pit of drugs, booze and sex.

The singer is Arsenio Hall and Milli Vanilli's love child.

Wow... I think I may have actually watched that in school. I also find it funny that the two kids are skipping class to play the games and no one seems to mind. Also never realized that Neverwinter Nights was a remake.

The RIAA should distribute that as a commercial. People will definitely stop copying music after that.

I'd say instead of taking people to court they should just threaten to send that guy to your house and make him stay a week.
Copying would decrease but suicide rates would climb.
But someone equally as annoying needs to be sent to Sony for thier "rootkit" debacle.

WOW, so there was actually a time in the past when there was no copy protection at all, and you could legally make a backup copy that actually worked? Gee, they were right, the future did turn out to be pretty grim. Now it's still legal to make a backup copy, but chances are it won't be any good for anything. So much for protecting our rights too.

"Gee, Disk Protector, thanks! I'll never copy another game again!"
...
NOT!
(seriously, though; neither I nor anybody I know copies games, so please don't call the cops :))

Things like this aren't coincidence. We, of Digital Press, were meant to see this one day. It was our destiny.
I propose we throw out all the present themes and logos and intellectual properties presently associated with DP and DP Industries and replace them with the corresponding color schemes and iconography in this film.

DP...the way it was meant to be.

Haha. Great video. I wonder how many 80's videos have been uploaded to the internet from in classroom education. I remember back in '99 watching a film from long before then where these kids were being taught all about the computer and it's insides of how it worked. They were acting like the CPU, RAM, HD, BUS, and everything else inside the old computers. I think was a huge Apple ][ replica at some museum they ventured around. Then they talked about BBSs and flame wars, trolling, ect.
I don't have the Menseta for it, but if someone knows of that video and can find it that'd be awesome!

Woowwwww, that dance is priceless.......
Seriously though, who is that rapping, it reminds me of Whodini.
End of the computer age?! I'm in!
Also never realized that Neverwinter Nights was a remake.
I think I remember playing that on AOL back in the day, I also remember how big of a bitch it was to connect to it because of DOS. It was a fun little game tho, it was a shame when they finally took it down.

Much like it says on the title screen immediately beforehand, that is Neverwinter Nights. I believe it actually uses the same engine as the SSI Gold Box games, except of course that it has an online component. You can actually download a version of it from Home of the Underdogs, but apparently you can't save you game.
Word is that the fees for those games back in the day were quite exhorbitant.
