America's VideoGame Expo
2006 EXHIBITOR UPDATE #2

America's VideoGame Expo 2006 is scheduled for October 27 - 29, at the Valley Forge Convention Center, 20 minutes from Philadelphia, PA. For VGXPO 2006 we've TRIPLED the amount of exhibit and meeting space from 2005. VGXPO is poised to be the premier consumer gaming event in the USA and as an exhibitor you are helping make videogame history.

In the next six months we will continue to proactively promote the VGXPO to both the videogame industry and consumers. Our message is simple: "VGXPO is a celebration of video and computer games for the avid and casual gamer". When someone (industry representative or consumer) asks us what VGXPO is all about we respond by talking about the following:

* America's VideoGame Expo is three days packed full of videogame revelry
* VGXPO is a gaming festival that focuses the positive impact of videogames
* The convention provides a forum for the game industry to celebrate its stars, icons and legends
* Gamers that come to VGXPO have the opportunity not just to play & buy the latest games (and the classics) but also have the opportunity to meet the people responsible for their creation
* VGXPO represents games from the 1970's through today
* VGXPO is all about gamers, and it is a destination where they can come together to celebrate the culture that games are helping to define

2006 Exhibit and Market Place Space Now On Sale

Is your company planning on participating in the 2006 VGXPO? If so, this is the perfect time to reserve your space, or set up a sponsorship. For market place vendors, 'early bird' discounts are only available for a short time and can be a great way to cut costs. We've priced VGXPO market place space to be competitive and, in most cases, it is less costly then similar space at comic book, scifi, baseball card, or other hobby shows.

For 2006 market place vendors have four expo packages with various levels of service. For entry level vendors, we offer a simple one-table solution. For larger vendors, we are offering 10x10 and 10x20 expo space and table combinations. Packages come with a number of configurable services including electricity and carpeting. To make your VGXPO experience as worry free as possible, we are offering extra tables, chairs and electricity. As the convention nears, we'll also offer AV rental options, lunch menus and other services. If we don't have what you are looking for, please let us know, we'll make a best effort to accommodate your individual needs or concerns.

In addition to our standard exhibit packages, we are offering a special VGXPO Preview and Sneak Peak event on Friday, October 27, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The event is for gamers that want to find the hottest collectibles before anyone else, check out the VGXPO Game Center and catch up with friends. This event provides vendors the ability to provide a sneak peak of games that will be on sale at VGXPO on Saturday and Sunday. The event provides gamers a chance to pick up the hottest games before anyone else. Table space at the VGXPO Preview and Sneak Peak is limited, be sure to sign up early.

Last, any organization that signs up for VGXPO before May 1st will be included in our "First Exhibitors" press release which will be sent out in May, during E3 week. This is a great opportunity to showcase your company, in addition it shows your support for VGXPO and helps us evangelize the strength of convention to the game industry and to consumers.
