wow, finally this party game might get the mass popularity it deserves. And don't forget about the 36-map variation code -- adds replay value x100 to an already 10+/10 replay value game!

Would be a brilliant move on their part. Ultimate party game, IMO. LOL

Has Saturn emulation really progressed to that point?

I doubt it would be Saturn Emulation. Most likely it would be PC emulation. Much like the Panzer Dragoon bonus on Xbox, Sonic R on the Cube, and other Sega Games that Made it onto the PC.

True enough, but those all had PC ports back in the day. Since there was no such port of "Saturn" Bomberman (unless there was some unreleased beta quietly stowed somewhere), it suggests that someone would have to go digging around for the original source code from ten years ago.

Well I'm sure it wouldn't be that hard, they could easily just use another bomberman and soup it up.

I wonder what they'd price it?

400 pts? 800 pts?

Hell, I'd pay $50 for it. This would be a brilliant move by M$, if the game does eventually happen.

Maybe they'll evaluate Panzer Dragoon Saga next :D

Small question here. Are they releasing this for the Xbox360 to be played single and/or online? I don't own an Xbox or 360 so I have no clue as to how their gear works, besides the Halo junk.

Another question, if it's for the 360, no one else? Don't expect a Windows port (Except through emulation still)?

The article is quite short and the responses are just about the game, no explaination to classic gamers like myself that don't know what's up.

A small question though, what's the most I should spend on a complete Bomberman Saturn game? I've been thinking about getting it and it's around $20-30 on Ebay.

Well, for Windows, there's still the free Bomberman Online. (Is that still available?)

The article was very vague, but I assume it will be for the 360's arcade. And since it will probably be an emulated version of the saturn game, so it will most likely include single player and online multiplayer. Hopefully, they will make it so that more than 10 people can play at a time.. Just imagine the absolute insanity!! :-P

Oh god, I can't wait!
