Speaking of "did game x ever come out on system y"

Can someone confirm with me whether or not Universal Soldier got any sort of SNES release? On DP it's not listed, but on other SNES guides it's listed as an US release.

I've never seen it on eBay once.

Can I get a confirmation on this? I went ahead and just bought the GEN version, as I'm heavily leaning toward the game being cancelled on SNES.

EDIT: Also, lemme get a check on THE SAVAGE EMPIRE (PC game that was suppose to come out, I remember EGM reviewing it back in the day, but I too have never seen this one)
