what i would do unless there is some company(i not sure of any) that would create it up and ship it, i would go the normal OTR route......i would find a local company that ships OTR(over the road) via trucklines and ask if they could have something picked up and delivered. if they do shipping at least every other day via a truck, they should be getting up to 70% discounts.

and at that discount i can ship from 90210 to chicago for $105. at 160 pounds....delivery for a residence is usually and extra $40
