I bought an item on ebay from a dealer that i think we all know. but i wont mention names.

anyway i bought something for $25.00 and on the envelope i sent had my work adress. ( which naturally differ from my home adress. ( i prefer it going to my job but if it went to my home no big deal ). so they got my money they mailed it to my house and mind you my town and the town next to me use the same post office. They tell me now it was returned cause it couldnt be delivered. I mentioned it didnt matter which it went to. now they woudl like me to send an envelope with an adress to have this game mailed too. ( my home was fine with me either way doesnt matter) but they want another $5.00 to resend it. I never heard of this before. . they want the $5 to send it to my job . ( since there was 2 adresses) but i think this is wrong cause my house adress was fine enough .

opinions?

If the seller screwed up the address the first time and sent it to an address other than yours then he's responsible. If he sent it to a valid address and the post office screwed up then it's not his fault. The post office will however charge to have the item shipped again. Perhaps you can both agree to split the cost if it wasn't either of your faults.

the thing that gets me is that u type in my zipcode and i share it with a town next to me and sometimes it comes up westwood( the next town). but it makes it to me. i bought from these people about 2 or 3 yrs back , they were real good. ill try to split it cause it really wasnt my fault either
