Ive noticed there are some really awsome looking first-person shooters on the GBA, but there are generally very obscure.(Prophecy:Wing Commander?)
Anyhoo..there is no FPS section for the GBA in gamefaqs and the selection is sadly incomplete anyway so Im asking for your help!

Help me figure out all the NTSC First person shooters I can play on my GameboyAdvance.

Heres what Ive come up with so far:

Doom
Doom 2
Duke Nukem
Serious Sam Advance
Prophecy:Wing Commander
Ecks vs Sever
Ballistic Ecks Vs Sever 2

????
:)

....Actually if anyone can give me the titles of any "first person" style game for this system Ill appreciate it.
I kind of remember a game where you used weapons like swords/axes/etc. instead of guns.
It was an early realease if it even exists ! Cant remember....

(Thanks guys! I just got out of the hospital and my memory is poop!)

I've got Wolfenstein 3D for the GBA. It's pretty much a straight port from what I can tell. Lotsa fun; brings back many fun memories.

I've been wanting to play that Duke Nukem 3D game for the GBA. I wonder how it is? *googles reviews*

Medal of Honor Underground :)
Dont know if it was released in US, but GBA doesnt have any region so you can play it without a problem.

You also have James Bond 007 - Nightfire.

Yet another one I knew about but forgot :)
My B/f has James Bond 007 Nightfire!

He says its pretty cool, but he cant compare it to any others on the GBA, since he doesnt have any ;)

Now Ill have to try it. Thanks for the reminder!

Yup, it was released in the US. It's a horrible game though.

Just so this is covered, there's no such thing as NTSC GBA games (or portable games in general, as even systems like the Nomad will indeed output a different picture than you'll see, bypassing the conversion to the NTSC format - the games are NTSC or PAL, indeed, but the only thing on the portable locking them into one country or another is the lockout system, not the format, if you follow).

On the other hand, I don't see any great influx of GBA shooters from Europe or Japan, so it doesn't really matter. If this were the Virtual Boy, on the other hand...

Also, I've played part of the first level for 007 Nightfire on the PC (I'll try to slog through more of it later). Pretty underwhelming. Will definitely try out the GBA version to compare.

There's also Ice Nine, which I believe was developed using the Duke Nukem Advance engine.

Well, you probably ought not to say NTSC if you mean US releases only, because Japan is also NTSC. And many people do play Japanese games. When it comes to region-free systems like the GBA, you can also play European games on an American GBA. Ed Oscuro was just pointing that out to help, in case you were thinking you had to limit yourself to games from the US and Japan. No need to be snide.

It's ok. The levels are a bit dull compared to the original PC game though.
