The N64 version is known for being pretty meh.
Agreed. I have so much more fun using the .WAD file with ZDoom (even though that's not the classic way of playing the original).

I bought Last Blade 2 for what I thought was the Neo Geo AES.
It was 70 dollars which I thought was a great deal. I opened it up and found out it was an MVS cart in AES style packaging.

Buying an X-Box 360 and red Nintendo Wii brand new in box because I thought it was a good deal (wanted it in the collection). Probably could have waited it out and picked it up cheaper.
