Could someone remind me the negatives of this? I just had my 1st paypal transaction where the address IS unconfirmed. Should I worry or should I send the items free of stress? I can't remember but I remember the gist of sending to unconfirmed addresses as being a no-no.... someone please help, thanks.

Check his feedback and decide really if you want to do it... remember most foreign (outside the US) buyers can't have confirmed addresses yet anyhow.

You run the risk of losing your money if the buyer does a chargeback with Pay-pal.

I personally have shipped around 150 items to unconfirmed addresses and never had a problem. Not everyone is out to screw you. But then again it probably will happen sooner or later.

So ask yourself if it's worth the risk ?

I usually base my decision on the buyer's reputation and the value of the item that I'm shipping. If it's a single inexpensive game I'll usually do it if the person have good feedback. If the item is valuable or the buyer has only so so feedback I ask them to get their address confirmed.

How many times do we have to tell you? The Canada is like a big US state to the north. A big cool/cold one. Where you can sometimes smoke pot.

Oh, on topic. I don't get too riled up about it. If the feedback isn't bad, it's not usually a problem. For bigger items (over $200?) I might get more picky on a newb. Still, I've never had a problem. That being said, you could, but it's just a luck of the draw thing.

If a buyer doesn't have a confirmed address, I simply tell them to send in a money order. This isn't an option for foreigners, though.
