Information about a game shark for the dreamcast?

Hi,Just wondering if anyone could tell me about the gameshark for the dreamcast.I got a cart for this but no instructions.I wondered if this came with a cd?Help please.Thanks! O_O

There's a complete one at my local pawn shop for $5. It comes with a VHS, cart, and booklet. I have a friend that has a gameshark that didn't come with a VHS or booklet, just a cart or something. Maybe someone else has more info of if there's variants or what not.

It also has a CD which you need to use the codes. The cart is not completely worthless though, as you can use it as a memory card.

There are at least two variants of the Dreamcast GameShark. One included the disc and unit that plugs into the controller (you need both to work), and then there is the GameShark Lite which came out later and did not require the unit and was disc only. I picked the original up at a Toys R Us about a year ago in a discount bin for $2.
