Are there any Nes on a chip dev or programing kits
i know the nes on a chip has some extra graphical features that the nes didn't have. Also, i see new games on the nes on a chip systems ( like on the maxx plug n play devices)
I was just wondering - i would rather make a hobby game for a nes on a chip device rather than an actual nes.
If there isin't, then why put the new feature in the chip?
