Heh, so I won an Atari lot last week for 10 bucks. Today I received a steam cleaner in the mail instead.

Obviously, I was sent the wrong item. I'm almost tempted just to keep the steam cleaner. LOL

I wonder what the person who won the steam cleaner is going to think of the Atari lot he's about to receive. LOL

Yeah, my wife is already trying to figure it out here. Maybe we can clean our carpets before I send it back.

Reminds me of the time I won a Macgyver DVD and I got a DVD called Cliffbanger. Yes pron. and it sucked.

err..... a while back I ordered a stick of RAM from a mass seller guy and got a huge 8 ft radio attena like device. When I got the package is was a huge 8ft round cardboard tube. I joked to my friend that RAM sticks were that big back in the day. LOL

lol - is the steam cleaner worth more than $10? if so, keep it :)

We recently bought an upright steam cleaner - it was almost $200.00

my advice, contact the guy and make an exchange. but clean every rug in the house first. :monkey:

I wouldn't open it if it was new but if it was a used steam cleaner I might consider doing that.

I'd definately contact the seller about it because he's going to have another unhappy customer somewheres. I'd probably even offer to re-ship it to where ever it was supposed to go as long as he sent me the shipping funds via PayPal.

Update: I've contacted the seller and he has arranged for Fed EX to come to my house and pick the item up.

Even though it was his fault, I feel bad for the seller because this is going to cost him an arm and a leg to send both items twice so we each get what we were suppose to get.

Those are the breaks though.

I agree that it sucks but give him credit for doing the right thing for the seller who was supposed to get it.

So what is her doing for you about the Atari you were supposed to get? Does he know where that went?

She messaged me earlier and told me the Atari was on the way. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. LOL

It's like the lottery now, maybe you'll get the games, maybe you'll get a sheepskin rug, you never know.
