Are there many Fight Night RND 3(360) Owners Out There?

I was having so much fun beating the piss out of Juganawt the other night that I thought, if there are enough players, it's be nice to have a DP Fight Night Federation.

So who's got it and who'd be interested?

Play would be simple.

The first week we do an elimination tournament to determine the champ, after that match ups can be determined by challenges and rankings.

I think it'd be a great.

That is a great idea. To bad I don't have it. I could maybe get it in mid-May.

I have it right now via a rental program, but I'm not sure how long I'm going to hold onto it. Sometime in May I might send it back for something else. But as long as I have it, I'm definitely down for some tourneys or rankings.

I think there should be rules to this Fight Night tournament -

1. Custom Boxers only. All boxers have to be the weight decided by the winner of the previous match, so you drop into your edit boxer mode to change him. Also try to make your boxer look like you - it's good for a laugh.

2. Realistic Boxers only. Maxing out all stats makes it unfair and loses part of the challenge. Limit yourself to use 100 attribute points to spread across the various strengths. This will make games more strategical, interesting (seeing power vs speed, agility vs stamina etc) and the bouts will last longer.

3. There is no Fight Night Tournament LOL

Its more of a simulation then an arcade style game. So Boxing-Boxing i guess.

Custom Boxers Only

Creation Rules:

Class: Middleweight ONLY
Styles: Open

Stats: 400% Points

MAX + 50% Equipment Modifier



Match Rules:

Game Type: Play Now or Hard Hits. Determind when matches are handed out.
Weightclass: Middleweight

Rounds: 10
Round Lenght: 3 Minutes
Custom Boxers: On

EA Sports Cutman: On
KO Moment: On
Fight Stoppage: On (unless specifically specified in the match up)
Auto Recovery: On (For Fairness)

3 Knockdown Rule: Off
Illegal Blows: On
Saved by the Bell: Off



Play:

Matches Will be assigned weekly and can take place whenever the two matched up players are able. Matches will be best 2 out of 3.

Players May request special match types against specific opponents (i.e. Rivalries/Hard Fights/No Fight Stoppage)

You must have more then an 80 Popularity rating to challenge the Champ.

All players start at 70 Popularity. It will be adjusted based on match results.



Scoring:

Win Match: +3
Lose Match: -3

Win by Knockout: +2
Lose by Knockout -2

Close Match (less then 4 points difference on all Judges decisions or one knockdown difference in the event of a knockout): +3

Whipping Boy (Knocked out in less then 4 rounds or greater then 25 point difference on all judges decisions): -3

Players are to submit match including Win/Loss and Judges Scoring if by decision or Knockdowns if by knockout or Hard fight.

You did are great job with those. I really like this idea and I hope it doesn't just happen for 3 months and then end. I think this will be my next 360 game just so I can play with you guys.
