Xbox 1 and Gamecube exclusives

Are there lists out there of the games released specific to XB or GC (or multiformat games which have features specific to each console - eg Soul Calibur 2)?

It'd be useful for those of us with multiple consoles who want to concentrate on one format, and just get the exclusives for the others..
