Time Cop Sega CD

I was trying to sort some stacks of cd prototypes and came across this one. I can't find it listed. Was this unreleased in all countires?

I could be wrong but I think the only think ever released was that 1 level demo that came with some sega cd magazine.

I'll have to locate a Sega CD and boot it up then. Knowing my luck I have a prototype with just the one level.

I played it and there is no titles screen. You ride around on a jetpack shotting these mines that are in the way. You hit a mine and it blows up. Sometimes a heart jumps out of the exploded mine. I don't see any effect it has when you catch the mine there is no health counter. There is a bomb counter which starts at zero and stays at zero and the guns which start at 100 or 99 and goes down to zero as you fire. There is another flying wonder who shoots you because he wants to enjoy this wonderplace all to himself. You shoot him as well. He kills me every time and thats about it. I left it over a buddies house because he has a better chance of beating it. So if you are curious ask VGC if he beat the first level yet.
