It'll be interesting to see what they come up with. Is it the same dev team that made C&C Generals?
The last C&C game set in the original "Tiberium Universe" was sub par, but I think that was back when Westwood studios were still handling things(?).

I saw some high quality magazine scans from C&C 3 some days go. I loved C&C and Tiberian Sun. Altho i strongly prefer C&C to be in modern war, not futuristic.

who's to say that it's just called "Tiberium War" as a preproduction name and the final name might still be Tiberium Twilight but than again who knows :)

Here's hoping. Maybe it'll have a Snakes on a Plane effect and it'll get the proper title.
