1 chip 1995 SNES mod?

I have a SNES system that I want to mod, but it has the one chip on the motherboard(1995 SNSP-CPU-1CHIP-01) instead of the earlier PPU1 & PPU2 chips. How do I do the 50/60Hz mod on this system?
