Shadow Dancer - Statue of Liberty boss (saw blades woman)

Hello,

I have problems to liquidate the young woman in latex boots on the Statue of Liberty in stage 3-3 from the genesis game Shadow Dancer.
She is not a breeze, she is a strong and hard-beating enemy.
I am trying to hit her head, but she is moving permanently and jump off the screen every time, I want hit her head, and through that the time is running out often, so it is hard for me to eliminate the girl.
Could anybody give me tips for killing her ?
I would be very grateful for every help.

(3-3) Boss: Buzzsaw Babe
This boss has two huge buzzsaw blades that block her head from your shurikens. Shoot at her head when it is exposed when she throw the buzzsaw to the ground, which will then roll at you. Simply time your jump over it and get as much hit on her head as you can. She will then jump off the screen and drop on you, which will not hurt you upon contact with her, but it will knock you around. Her head is small, so it's hard to hit it, but with some practice and your perseverance on finishing her, you will ultimately win.

BOSS
MAGIC ATTACK: FIREBALLS

This armour clad woman only has one weak point- her
head. Her main attack is throwing spinning blades at
you, which charge up once thrown and then charge right
at you so be ready to jump. You can often place a hit
in when she throws a blade, but it can be difficult.
This is the only time you can attack her, though.

Her other main tactic is to jump high in the air,
then drop into another position to throw a blade at
you.

6 hits destroy this boss, but it's worth using a
magic attack to get 2 hits on the boss.
