WTB: insert for Silent Hill 4 PS2

Odd request, but I recieved a brand new sealed copy of Silent Hill 4 for PS2 today, and the insert is ripped at the "Playstation 2" logo...drives me buggy...

So if someone, somehow has an insert for Silent Hill 4 for PS2...let me know asap.
