Another great interview, Melf. :) I didn't know Katz worked at Coleco. It's always interesting learning about connections like that.

I learned about the many '88-'89 President shifts thanks to this interview. It was also nice to see how honest he was about Sonic. I think the key to the character's success was that people just thought of him as "Sonic" and not as a hedgehog. Kind of like Mario being thought of as just "Mario, and not as a plumber.
