Fifteen seconds of Google searching brought me to this page:

Apparently the game is for a derivative of the Emerson Arcadia 2001 system called "MPT-03". :)

If I'm not mistaken, you have to consider that the MPT-03 does not use the same cartridges as the Arcadia 2001 anyhow.

As for how difficult it is to get one, I don't think it's that hard. At a recent swap meet I saw a few for sale, though I have never found one out in the 'wild'. I don't know if he frequents the forum here, but 'minorleagueguy' had one for sale there for a reasonable price. If he's not on here, you could try on www.cgcc.ca or on atariage.

The MPT-03 console is a little more difficult to find. I bought one off eBay two years ago at christmas, boxed complete for about $20, but the auction was for 'video game system'. I think DigitalPress bought the other one. :)

So is it safe to assume that the games for MPT-03 may be scarce as well?

Allright guys I was just wondering, ya know?Next Question: How hard is it to get your hands on an Arcadia system?I mean I see Atari's and Intellivisions and colleco's and I even picked up Pong and an Odyssey 2. But I don't recall ever finding an Arcadia. Does anyone have one? How are the graphics

I found 3 arcadia 2001 units in one place once:

Old thread, But I came across these again while cleaning out a closet and was curious if anyone has sold any of these carts on e-bay or whatnot and maybe the going rate for them in the last 5 years?

While the Rarity guide say's 8, there doesn't seem to be much more info I can get on these on the internet other then the clone system it was made for.

Shit, wrong forum. Could someone move this to what it's worth please?

I'm not sure what they're worth, but I could use one if you might sell them. I'll warn you, I won't pay a lot... They're scarce in that they weren't big market items, but there's also not a ton of demand -- those of us who collect for MPT-03 don't number very highly I think!

haha you sent me that same game once as a bonus. I ended up trading it for something small as I couldn't get rid of it! No one has the system I guess

Most MPT-03 games go for about $10-$15 boxed, but some are much more common than others. Baseball is pretty common and you could probably get it for $10 if you tried. There are rare MPT-03 titles that go for a lot more ($50-$60 range), but those are few and far between.

It's strange to me that the system itself was marketed in the U.S. and Canada only. (Also limited quanities in Europe)

Although the carts were all produced in Venezuela.

6 years ago when I made this thread I couldn't find any info on this particular cart other then 1 website that some lone dude ran who had a bunch of the scans for mpt carts, EXCEPT this baseball one, so I sent it to him. Now there was even one on e-bay with a shipping origin of Venezuela for $10.

It just amazes me that I found 5 or 6 sealed copies in a barn up in Northovershoe Maine. Same place I found 10 sealed Nintendo sticker albums old stock.

Also why would this be a rarity 8 compared to the other clone systems Baseball games? If it's that common that is. Allthough I see no real interest in these games other then the wtf? factor, there must have been a reason to classify it at an 8.

Anyhow, thanks for the responces.
