Hey all,
I just wanted to notify you of an auction I'm running for a copy of Sonic the Hedgehog (cart only) with an unusual label. I did a bit of research on the net and it appears that this version was only distributed in Canada (much less common than the US release). For anyone who's interested in collecting alternate releases of titles, this may your lucky day! :D

UPDATE: To address a few comments, the game itself is not different in any way from the US NTSC release. However, because it is Canadian and we're a much smaller market up here I'm assuming fewer copies were made. So is it 'rare' per se? Perhaps that wasn't the best term. To quote another eBayer selling a similar copy, it's "an interesting variation". :)
