Nope heh. It was, however, the second most expensive item in the picture and cost me 40 GBP ($70).

i think i am addicted to demo's

I can relate. I just got 26 in the mail today and I'm expecting another 15 or so next week. Some unique things mixed in with the demos were:

Oddworld: Abe's Odysee - E3 Exclusive 97
Gauntlet Legends - Trade Demo
Rogue Trip - Trade Demo
Monster Rancher - Trade Demo

I thinks those demos with the white sleeves are trade demos.

Picked up a pretty good haul tonight all for free.

I got a SNES (doesn't work though, I think it is the AC adapter, that is what the guy I got it from said it was), with three controllers, Sim City, Super Mario World, Final Fantasy 2, Final Fantasy 3 and Zelda: A Link to The Past

Also from the same guy I got a N64, with 2 controllers and the 4MB expansion pack. It came with Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Zelda: Majora's Mask, Mario Kart 64, Super Mario 64 and Shadow Man, all for the low low price of FREE!!

A buddy of mine was cleaning out his spare room and decided he did not want all of this stuff anymore so I scooped it up to give it a good home.

Got the following:
SNES:
Wayne's World
Justice League Task Force
-Both are loose and in great condition, just need some cleaning but the WW inside board is loose. $1 each

PC:
Rainbow Six 3 Raven Shield ($3.99)
NAM ($1)
-Both complete and no scratched CDs.

Away from video games, went with a friend up to a record store and I got the Type O Negative live DVD "Symphony for the Devil" for $19.95 new, which was a nice find since I've been wanting to find something of theirs for awhile. Actually watching the DVD now. :)

Just got back from Yardsaling.... I picked up 12 PSX games for a quarter each

Crash Bandicoot
Crash 2
Crash: Warped
Crash Team Racing
Game of Life
International Track and Field (Jewel Case)
Medal of Honor
NBA Shootout 98
Pong
Tomba 2
Tony Hawk 2
You Don't Know Jack

Not too bad of a haul

I could have gotten 2 GBA SPs, a regular brick gameboy, and about 20 or so games for $70.00 (would have been worth it too, the games were all minty fresh) but stupid me goes yardsaling without much cash on me, and this old lady who has scopoped some sweet finds from under my nose before got those from me.... I think she is the only person in town who yard sales to find stuff to sell on ebay (except me  )

I'm not feeling well today,The Flea Market had too many games,..The prices however were not the best, haggling becomes tiring..If the haggle doesn't work out I wasted my time.

..It's sickening sometimes to pass up things not knowing if the price is "ok"It's too hard to look through everything when there are piles, and I can't buy everything..(Mostly used loose NES-SNES-Genny games)...... Then you step to the left and find a better deal,or the stuff is nicer.
...Too many people I know brought stuff "just for me"...
... I had to leave,it was too much on my head...
I then hit a few Garage sales to cool my brain... and found some other gaming stuff...whew. x_x

A few things I passed in garage sales..
TG 16 System unboxed with a few common boxed hu card(tennis-boxing-sports TV games $40.00..Unknon if the system worked.
Boxed Genny Games,3 for 5..a few obscure to me titles And all common titles..Atari games 3 for 5,also a few obscure to me titles..
Boxed Common Intellivision games 20 for=$2.00 each.

A friend of mine brought me 63 Boxed/complete NES games..((his prices are not the best and he Ebay price notes with me/I hate that))..
He told me he was bringing me 70-72 boxed NES games...I didn't have the area or time to look/count them so I took the crate on his word....When we met he said Final Fantasy was $25.00 alone for a total of $275.00 for the lot of what I thought was 70-72 games..it's only 63 boxed NES games with FF included.
I may have to try and sell these individually to make any profit...(but I'm not taking PMs on individual games sale right now)..I've had it for the day..

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v21/Chris1/Pictures06813.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v21/Chris1/Pictures06611.jpg

Stuff on the table..$50.00 in total with Garage sales and the Flea Market..
$5.00 each for the N64 Games(Mario Kart/Super Smash Bros
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v21/Chris1/Pictures50000.jpg

Boxed Genny & loose SNES and NES Games $60.00(Zelda 1 and 2)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v21/Chris1/Pictures07015.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v21/Chris1/Pictures06914.jpg

I bought a Crate of Sealed SOCRATE Games..$10.00(for sale)..I took some out to look at and left the crate in my dads car..
The Boxed NES Wall Street Kid games were in the crate.

I haven't gone overboard with my purchases in a while, so finding a decent bit of NES stuff at the flea today, I splurged.

It started with a boxed, complete and in good shape copy of Mario Paint for $10. I also picked up Big Nose the Caveman for $5 and complete copies of Shadowgate, Cobra Triangle and Klax for $6 apiece from the same vendor. Not great prices, but not bad. The Shadowgate has original plastic on it, but is opened at the top... I wonder if she herself opened it. Boo.

The other main game vendor had a nice new selection of boxed / complete games. I was mainly eyeing the complete and minty copy of Carmen Sandiego. He wanted 12, which I thought a bit steep, so I offered 45 for all the games he had (I know... it makes perfect sense...)

Anyway, for $45, I got:

Boxed NES:

Strider
Guerilla War
Tecmo World Wrestling
Al Unser Jr. Racing
Ultimate Stuntman
Shinobi

and complete NES:

Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego?
Anticipation
Super Sprint
Pinball (my first black box complete)
Tecmo Baseball
The Immortal

Then I caught a matinee of X3, not a terrible day.

Not much at all, few bucks if it's battery powered. Nice to collect though, I have a bunch of tabletop pinball machines packed away - they go nice with the tabletop arcade games. :)

Hit some thrifts (and one indie game store) while out and about yesterday:

Salvation Army:
Wizard of Wor (5200) - The only game they had, almost hidden under a pile of used CDs. Loose.

Goodwill:
Stinger (NES). Loose.
Adventures of Tom Sawyer (NES). Loose.
Truxton (Genesis) - had the cart already, now I have the box. Extra cart up for trade!

From the game store:
Yu Yu Hakusho Final (Super Famicom). Loose.
U.N. Squadron (SNES). Loose.
Super Bust-A-Move (PS2). CIB.

They also had a Turbo Duo controller but no console. The guy said they get Duos in sometimes, so I'll have to keep an eye out. Unfortunately the store's fairly far from me.

I've gotten bit by the classic PC game bug, I think. My good friend gave me an original boxed 7th guest, and I bought the "Interplay 15th anniversary anthology" which contains 15 classic interplay games, including Norse by Norsewest, Descent, Redneck Rampage, and Fallout (which apparently is pretty sweet). The 420ish instruction manual gave me a laugh, along with the "Special making of" Video Tape for 7th Guest. They can fit great classic FMV games on one CD but I guess the bonus only warrented a VHS! A total of 7 daru well spent I say =-D

Today I got one of the best deals I've ever had since I started collecting for Genesis. Shining force, Flashback, Gunstar Heroes and Heavy Nova all four for the price of $10. My girlfriend picked me up a Sega Genesis game genie with the codebook for $5.
It's been dry of games for about a month over here, so this haul came as a suprise.

my CCAGshow 2006 finds are here....

http://64.159.77.51/~helmet/perkar/finds/060527.jpg

pic is a little large, because there's a fuckton of stuff there. i think i made a pretty decent haul. i did make one mistake. my complete double dribble cost me $2, not $1 like the pic states. got it from DrWily actually :)

i also missed out on adding to the picture a box + manual of robotron 64 for $2 (i love completing loose games), and 5 strat guides for $1 each.... Mortal Kombat 2, Ratchet and Clank Up Your Arsenal, Viewtiful Joe, Viewtiful Joe 2, and Beyond Good and Evil.

the next day spoon, hezeuschrist and i hit up an arcade and i won that ipod out of some machine called "tower" basically it was a light house with lighted rings, and a spinner. if the spinner hit a positive number, you would move up that many rings, if negative, you'd move down. make it to the top, get a prize. FIRST TRY i won the ipod. i tried once more but lost miserably. i think it's pure luck....

anyway, not a bad haul at all.

7 turbo grafx games (Keith Courage, Bonk's Adventure, Legendary Axe 1 and 2, SplatterHouse, Military Madness, and Gunboat), The Far Side Galleries 1&2 and a complete N64 (black) with hookups and 2 controllers.

Also price adjusted my Dragon Quest 8 at Circuit City, bringing it down to $9.

Got a 3d0 FZ-10 system with controller for $2 yesterday.

Man, spent way too much at CCAG and the surrounding areas.

http://flamevault.com/~jesus/random/ohio.jpg

http://flamevault.com/~jesus/random/ccag.jpg

Best deal out of all of that was all 4 of those Mega Man games (only 3 is missing manual) for $55 from Drwily. I never intended to get those games complete, but now I've gotta finish the set ;)

Aside from that, the first pic was stuff outside of CCAG. I kinda blew my load a bit before the show with a couple of regretable purchases, but there's NOWHERE to find stuff like this in SE michigan, and Toledo/Cleveland are just overflowing with this stuff. Anyways, Ohio pic:

Ikari Warriors (complete) - $10
Rad Racer 2 (complete) - $10
Jackal (complete) - $10
Golf (complete) - $8
Pro Wrestling (complete) - $7
Ninja Gaiden II (complete) - $6
Vegas Stakes (new) - $6
Monopoly (loose, already had box/inst) - $3
Zelda II Classic Series (complete) - $14
Advance Wars (complete) - $10
Zelda LTTP Prima Guide (written by our best friend Zach Meston. It might get burned) - I don't remember.
Turnabout - $4
Base Wars - $1
Wizardry - $2.50
Street Fighter II - $5
Super Star Wars - $6
Super Mario Advance 4 guide - $5

Most of that was before the show :/

During the show, the ccag picture:

Blades of Steel, Legacy of the Wizard, TMNT (all complete) - $4 each
Faxanadu, Golgo 13, Adventures of Bayou Billy (all complete) - $5 each
Mega Man 3 (no inst), Mega Man 4, 5, 6 (all complete) - $55
UN Squadron (no inst) - $3
Mortal Kombat 3 - $1
Mortal Kombat 2 (pieced together complete from multiple sellers) - $2
Beyond Good and Evil Guide - $1
Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time and Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance guides - $3 each.

Spent so much :/

my finds for today were pretty good overall:
http://www.green-ranger.com/nes/finds/eternal.jpg

I picked up eternal champions complete for 2.50
polarium (sealed) for 5.00 (if anyone wnats this btw, i'll trade it for ANY ds game)
the n64 was 4, but its barebones..good for um..I dunno
outlaw golf 2 was one of the few next gen games i've wanted to play and coudln't pass it up for 5$ even if it is a little scratched up.

I went to the savers since they were having a 50% off sale and found a few decent finds, passed up a complete genny nbajam but picked up a gameboy brick for a dollar (no battery cover)
the genie was 2$ and the toys were 1$ for a bag of em, been finding alot of mighty max stuff there for some reason the baseball game is copyrighted 1975 epoch, never saw it before and it was only a dollar so what the hell?

overall a good day and I spent less then 20, so i'm happy :-)

Well, I wondered out today in hopes of great finds, but came up short handed.

Got an official Nintendo 64 cartridge storage box which holds 26 games I believe. It's the third one I've found and got to stash all my loose carts in so it works wonders, and when I find them they're $2.99. Good deal to keep them safe.

Also managed to pick up Wacky Worlds Creativity Studio on the Genesis for $1 loose. The cover is a bit dark faded but oh well, it's still highly ledgible.

At the end of my run I decided to go over the GameStop nearest to me and decided to check out what was up for the DS section since I'm getting the Lite around launch. Found out they had just 1 last copy of Bust-A-Move DS brand new so I decided to pick it up before it disapears as a *NEW*. When it comes to games I can get new, I really try to only do new to support our nice developers and all. :)
Before leaving the store, I asked if they had an update on Supreme Commander and apparently they are taking reservers soooo I placed $5 on the game to get my foot in the door and drive myself to being ready for its release. Can't wait!

So nothing really special but it was a nice day to at least drive around.

Got my Ebay items in today to add ontop of the Saturn collection.

Mech Warrior 2
D
Need For Speed
Virtua Fighter 2
Minnesota Fats Pool Legends
Sega Rally Racing
NHL All Star Hockey
Battle Stations
Daytona USA Championship Curcuit Edition
Virtua Fighter
Virtua Fighter Remix
Myth

All of them are in their own cases, the Virtua Fighter and Remix games are the only "Not for Resale" games, rest are full case retail. A lot of the cases got broken in shipment but I managed to salvage what I could and it turned out alright. :) The total was $25.50 after shipping so $2.12 each.

Found a few things today at the otherwise worthless flea market...

http://www.startoursinfo.com/junk/DP-Finds-05-30-06(01).jpg

LucasArts Archives Vol. I, complete - $5. Has the CD talkie versions of Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, Sam & Max Hit The Road, Day of the Tentacle, and other CD's no one cares about - demos and such. Manual, troubleshooting booklet, reference sheet, original sales receipt. LOL I spent about an hour cleaning the CD surfaces as for display LucasArts used little tape tabs to hold the discs, which over time embed their stickiness atop the discs. All cleaned up fine however.

Gameboy - Lunar Lander (JPN), loose - $10. I've been looking for this sucker for awhile. :) Basically it's an expanded version of the Atari coin-op classic. Things start with guiding the space shuttle into orbit, plays a bit like Space Shuttle Project on the NES. (okay, we all know that the Lunar Excursion Module is supposed to ride to the moon atop a Saturn V - I suppose they could have shoved a Saturn V in there instead of the shuttle, but it's not a problem) Anyway, once you get up into orbit you select one of eight locations on the Moon to land on. This is where the game plays like a less elegant version of arcade Lunar Lander, the action is faster and physics come into play less but are still at the top of the order. Each landing site is different, some get up to Gravitar level in terms of complexity, and there are ALWAYS meteors raining down - sometimes leading to instant cheap deaths. Once you land then you set out to mine the surface of the Moon for resources. This is kind of like using a metal detector. Avoid aliens, search around, and a signal chimes when close to an object. Dig up five of them and then return to the LEM before time runs out and/or your air is depleated. Then you set off for another landing, after all eight are complete more complex landings begin and so on.

Also if anyone is looking for Gameboy pirate multicarts (60 in 1 and so forth) I can pick them up for $25 to $30 shipped. If you are seriously interested - as in paying within a week after I pick them up (next Tuesday) - please let me know sometime this week. That means send a PM. Next week I'm going to have my A-GBA on hand and I'll see what's on the carts there, most of the GB multicarts I've seen have the majority of the launch games on them (along with Sachen games like Railway) and are great to take with you instead of dragging your GB collection around. I don't have the funds to buy them all and sit on the inventory but I do like helping that vendor out and that's about the price I get them at.

I'd say the Famicom Wireless Adaptor; wasn't it only available thru Club Nintendo?

You had a choice of two... and you blew it ;)

(the adapter cost me 15 GBP or about $25)

I take it then NO ONE knows what the other item is with the Famicom picture on it...? Okay, here's a little refresher for people 8-)

Picked up Silent Line: Armored Core for 13 bucks today. Also took my application to EB. Had a semi-interview. He told me to sell him a game to him. I sold him Hitman and then he asked what else I needed to try and sell to him. Edge Card, Pre-Orders, Accessories, etc. Hope I get the job, sounds like I am the only one that has applied.

Okay, so I told a friend that I wanted to go sell a few games I got spares of today from a bunk buy on Ebay so poof, we were out. To keep things short though, we went by 6 places, and I only ended up buying from 3 of those. Here's the finds of the day picture:

http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c196/cyberfluxor/053106.jpg

From the first place:
SNES
Ranma 1/2: Hard Battle (Complete) $9
Fire Striker (Complete) $7
Act Raiser 2 (Loose) $7

Saturn:
Andretti Racing (Complete) $3

*Buy 2 get 1 free for SNES & -$2 for a trade-in

So, I wondered by some random pawn shop that didn't have jack of anything at all, just some competition speakers that I can't afford. :( But, went to a GameStop and saw a used Worms game for the DS, but I want NEW! So they found out another GameStop had it new and the location was on my to work. :) So, got the Worms: Open Warfare for $30 new.

And I had some time to burn so wondered to the pawn shop in the center and they were blowing out trying to get rid of old games. Stopping in there was a great idea, 10 games for $1!!
32X:
Virtua Fighter

Genesis:
Mortal Kombat 3 (Loose)
Bass Masters Classic (Loose)
King Salmon (Loose)
Columns (Loose)
Boogerman A Pick and Flick Adventure (Loose)
T2 the Arcade Game (Loose)
Sesame Street Counting Cafe (Loose)
Urban Strike (Loose)
F22 Interceptor (Loose)
Virtual Pinball (Loose)
Champions World Class Soccer (Complete)
PGA Tour Golf II (Cart + Box - Manual)
Global Gladiators (Cart + Box - Manual)
Skitchin' (Complete)
U.S. Gold Presents Winter Olympic Games (Complete)
Fifa Soccer '96 (Cart + Box - Manual)
Pebble Beach Golf Links (Complete)
*All 10 cents each.

SNES:
Operation Europe (Loose)
*SNES games were 50 cents for some odd reason so only got 1 that I thought was worth it.

Atari 2600:
Entombed
Dragonfire
G.I. JOE Cobra Strike
Sneak'n Peek
Jr. Pac-Man
Yars' Revenge
Defender
Swordquest
Sky Jinks
Submarine Commander
Berzerk
Star Raiders
Dodge 'Em
*All loose and 10 cents each.

Oh, and just looking it up, Operation Europe is going for $20 with bids on Ebay, and the rarity guide says $20 loose, so it looks like I got a great deal for 50 cents. :D
