Wondering if the new release of Best Friends in the DS blue bundle is identical in every way (sleeve,manual,cart label,play) as the original ones packed in the Teal/Pink bundles or is it a variant ?

they're the same. The only thing really making the Pink and Teal best friends systems valuable is the system themselves.
