I know that Ebay "recently" added a function that if the buyer doesnt reply to a non-payment strike withing 10 days any negative feedback given from the buyer will be removed, or something like that.

I was wondering, does it matter what the buyer replies? Like if the buyer only replies "i dont want to pay", is that enough or must it be a valid reason? Or will the negative feedback be removed anyway. How does it work?

from what I read, if the buyer does not participate in the NPB process they can not leave feedback, meaning if they dont respond at all.

But like you are saying the buyer probably can just reply with that and still be able to leave feedback. Ebay doesnt look to do deep into these "features" at all.

I can confirm this as being true. It's a good start to eliminating BS feedback from non-paying bidders, but more work needs to be done.

If a buyer responds I don't leave feedback.

A Strike is better than Feedback anyway.
