These shurikens are no doubt counterfeit. I wouldn't trust this dingleberry. Probably just send you some plastic shurikens he got from a toy store.

Wherever I hit a flea market / stock yard show there's always a crazy lady who sells hunting memorabilia, ditzy knives and throwing stars. Nothing special about 'em, though they're generally sold unsharpened for legal reasons..

Well,
you can pick up 3 metal, replica shuriken for 1000 yen at many places in Tokyo. Unless the ones above are antique, then its a total rip-off...

They are about fuckin useless.
Get some throwing knives if you have to ... still not a good weapon but at least it will go through a jacket.
