too much, if that lot was bought for $12,000 including shipping, you'd have to sell a PS2, screen, and one of each game for $240 just to BREAK EVEN.

Not really. Consider these pricegrabber.com prices for the same setup:

PS2 System $194.99 (http://www.pricegrabber.com/search_getprod.php/masterid=394941/search=playstation/ut=c72d2f04bed1de54)
LCD Screen $134.99 (http://www.pricegrabber.com/search_getprod.php/masterid=580542/search=LCD/ut=c72d2f04bed1de54)
GTA: Vice City $39.90 (http://www.pricegrabber.com/search_getprod.php/masterid=507510/search=playstation/ut=c72d2f04bed1de54)
Tony Hawk 4 $46.88 (http://www.pricegrabber.com/search_getprod.php/masterid=603239/search=Tony%2520Hawk/ut=c72d2f04bed1de54)
Spnge Bob $38.88 (http://www.pricegrabber.com/search_getprod.php/masterid=589738/search=Sponge%2520Bob/ut=c72d2f04bed1de54)

Total Retail Value: $455.64 per lot.

Of course that's assuming that the lot is all in Brand new condition.

Granted, but we're talking Ebay, PLUS shipping charges. The same setup on ebay right now will run you appx:
$150 - System
$100 - Screen
$20 each - games included with system

In other words, you can EASILY find the system, plus 1 of those games for under $200 shipped. The price drops per item each time you add an item on.

If you sell the system and vice city separately, you might get $170, and $40. BUT, if you sell the system WITH the games, you'll probly only get $180-$190.

I suppose if you sold EVERYTHING separately, it wouldn't be a bad deal.... but setting it up the logical way, it would be hard to make a reasonable amount of money considering you're dropping over TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS to start with. I can find a lot more worthwhile investments for that much money.
