Just recently, my NES stopped working. I can't get any TV to recognize it via the AV cords, using RF just gives a black screen. Any ideas?

Do you get sound out of the av?
do you have a steady red light when you turn it on with your game inserted properly?
Do you have a second ac adaptor that you can test it with?

Yeah - tried an extra power cord. The most I get out of it is a slight audio buzz immediately when it's turned on - and I do get a steady red light (although that's pretty normal, my security chip is snipped.)
I'm pretty sure it's fried. It's had a good life. I found someone on Atariage that I'm swapping my extra 2600 for an extra NES - so I should be back up and gaming in no time!
