Found this in an old entertainment system my parents received recently. Does anyone know any info on it? Or even what computer or system I'd need to power it up?

It says Bally on the bottom left in white. And basic in black on the side.

It looks like Bally Basic (http://www.digitpress.com/DP/cmf/game.cmf?gameid=8883) for the Astrocade.

Thanks, that's probably what it is. Has anyone played this?

Even tho it's blurry as hell it looks like it says "Bally" to me.

Played? Generally when it comes to old carts that were created to allow someone to design BASIC software I don't consider it a game. It is more so a developers tool or helper to allow a cross-over reference to write something you want on that consule. Now some might disagree with me, but this isn't like an RPG maker. If you write some code to make it Black Jack or something then what you made is a game, not the cartridge you used (Unless it randomly does something that makes it more interactive than compiling/interpreting some code.
