If I'm thinking of the same person, Smiling Jack helped me pack up after the second OVGE, and I gave him a few NES carts in return for his efforts!
If you are in to coin-op games, be sure to check out the Oklahoma Coin-Operated Collectors Forum (http://forum.okcoin-op.com/index.php). I also have a small but growing section on my personal website of Oklahoma Arcades (http://www.robohara.com/?cat=9) (complete with pictures and game listings where possible).
And, as Pantechnicon stated, OVGE is loosely slated for this August. As details get ironed out Crossbow will post them on the OVGE site.

Have you heard of the "Edit" feature? Please use it so you don't have multiple posts cluttering up the thread and artificially inflating your post count. It's clearly marked on the upper-right of each post that you make.
Thanks,
CartCollector

I love the smell of irony in the morning. LOL
Also, I believe the edit feature is disabled in this particular forum.

The edit button's there (for me). But sorry, the forum gives me this stupid "debug mode" error message whenever I try to post or when I tried to edit the double post (twice).

We're experiencing technical difficulties, but the proper parties have been notified. Hopefully things will return to as close to normal as they can here soon. :)

You're over 100 miles away from me. Too bad, I can't be in your club
