Ok, my question is this..
Does Pro Action Replay 2 for SNES allow you to play Jap/Usa games in your Pal SNES console..?

It let me play the mexican games like chavez and ISS but not to sure about the japanese or pal ones. I tried an import dragonball 3 game but I think it had multiregion on it. If the action replay is like the one for sega, all you'll need is the codes

Yes, I'm almost positive it does. I haven't tried it personally, but it has a passthrough port on the back of the cart circumvent the security check.
