Hey folks,
without boring everyone with the saga let me just say that our online database is getting back on track. I put in the first update in SEVEN MONTHS earlier today. Updates will happen frequently but slowly over the next few weeks until we're all caught up again.
Guide editors - please contact me BEFORE sending your most recent updates. I'm going to take them in a few at a time so there's no backlog or long delay before you get your edited/updated files back from me.
Let the documenting of gaming history resume!

That's great Joe, I can't wait for the updates. It was getting to my nerves sometimes the games I was looking for weren't there. Keep it up man.

Sounds good. Take all the time you need to get everything up to date, Joe. No rush necessary.

Woohoo :)
I've made a few changes to my sections since last sending them in, but they can wait until next time.

good to hear Joe. The great thing about DP is that even when the guide isn't up to date there's always memebers keeping track of everything. Us N-Gage fans have been tracking the progresss of the final games being released. Here's the list of games missing from the guide. All of which required you to buy online if you lived in the U.S. I'll just leave the list here since I think you're the one that takes care of the N-Gage.
Catan
System Rush
Atari Masterpeice Vol 1
One
Heigh Seize
X-Men Legends 2
Rifts
Asphalt Urban GT 2
Pathway to Glory: Ikusa Islands
Mile High Pinball
Atari Masterpeice Vol 2
Civilization
Warhammer 40,000

Is there any chance of a paper edition of the guide coming out again? Or is it just a forgotten relic of the past... :(

argh, it always goes down when i am excited to look something up.
i think about this every time it does something like this.
i think it would be super duper handy to have a stand alone verson of the database for Desktops...it may be fairly easy to just make an off line web page like enviorment containing all the information the guide does.
i donno though because i dont know much beyond basic programming. it would be ultra cool
also, for those of us with SmartPhones, Pocket PCs, Palms and what have you a smaller version. some thing to think about.
to be honest its about got me out buying a book to program it my self but i am really poor at the moment.
