I played this game 6 years ago at an Alladin's castle that went out later.
I have been hoping to buy one of these Lucky & Wild cabs, But on ebay, $2000. That's 2/3 of all the money me and my relatives have spent on my collection - Roughly $3000!
(By my relatives spending on my collection, i'm counting games i get as gifts and games my dad buys for me)
Anyway, does anyone have fond memories of this arcade cab? I played it every time i went into that arcade, Until they took it out. I couldn't figure out why they did. I thought it may have broken down, But it got replaced by some Virtua Cop like game from a car's viewpoint.

lucky and wild was a great game, we used to cram 3 people onto that cab, one on driving, one on shooting, and the other one on shooting :)
almost finished it once as well :) i'd say go for it !!!

One of the greatest multiplayer shot and drive game.
Played with 3 people, it's the best.

Like they said, great multiplayer game. It's even fun just by yourself trying to drive and shoot at the same time!
If you're up for it (and have the scratch) I'd say dive in.

Great game, but in particular for people who don't really play games that often. Whenever we see this machine, my dad makes a point of playing it. He can't shoot and drive, so I handle that.
Really unique, especially the cabinet- not suprised that it's so expensive. Shame I can't get the steering wheel working in MAME, otherwise we'd play it all the time.

I had one of these once... it was REALLY big... barely got it in the van (the bottom was hanging out the back). It's a really fun game for two players, but it gets old quickly since there's only 5 levels, and when you're not actually paying for the game it's easy to just keep "inserting coins" ;) .
Personally, I'd wait for one to be listed near you w/ no reserve (I sold mine for $450, and I was surprized to even get that much), or just save yourself the trouble of getting it by just finding an arcade that has it and drop $20 and beat the game. Once you beat it, you won't really want to play it again.

To tell you the truth, when i played it last, I actually beat it, But i only beat the first and last boss, Every other one got away.
And from memory there are 6 levels.
But it's REALLY fun.
I saw one listed at $450 (With the chair too) but it was local pick up only and the seller lives rather far away, so i didn't buy it.
