I got an extra Gen 2 and was wanting to hook it up. I was thinking of doing a mod, but I really don't have any experience with electronics. I would be a good reason to learn, though. The only problem is that I really haven't seen any really detailed guides. My father does plenty of experience if I would need help, plus all the tools.
I also had another idea instead of a mod. Track down a Genesis SCART cable and run it into a Component YUV RGB Scart Adapter (http://www.tvcables.co.uk/cgi-bin/tvcables/YUV-RGB-SCART.html). Would that work?
