As for the Dreamcast games I would expect them to be complete, and in near mint condition with little to no scuffs or scratches. I am willing to pay standard market prices for the above games, but not at the inflated prices you see on eBay or Amazon.

hey man, i just sold a minty last blade 2 on ebay :(.... but i have 2 games, not sure if you are interested on them:

-Gunbird 2 (us, like new)
-Dead or Alive 2 (Japanese limited edition, it has the spine card, and you can see kasumi naked ;))

I think that your price for Last Blade 2 is reasonable, but I think that it's going to be hard to find someone who will part with a near mint or better GW2 for $28. Just my two cents on the matter. If you're not in a hurry though, then you can probably snag one eventually. They pop up on eBay for very cheap every so often from someone who doesn't know what it's worth.
