Cast of Ys Book I & II TurboGrafx CD?

Has anyone compiled the full American cast of Ys Book I & II for the Turbo? I'm a tad curious, because there are some extremely prominent voice actors in the cast. The voices I recognize (from going through the sound files on the CD) are:

-Narrator/Boss Darm: Alan Oppenheimer (voice of Skeletor, Man-At-Arms, and others on He-Man)
-Luta Gemma: Dan Gilvezan (voice of Bumblebee on The Transformers and Spider-Man on Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends)
-Lair (Book I, at least): Lucille Bliss (voice of Smurfette)
-Dalles: Jim Cummings (current voice of Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, Darkwing Duck, and many others)

Did Alan Oppenheimer do the voice of the narrator in Soul Reaver? He sounds a lot like it, as well as like the voice of Spiderus in Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends (one of my daughter's favorite shows).

It's been a while since I played it, but I recall most of the voice work handled by Michael Bell as Raziel, with Tony Jay as the Elder God, and Neil Ross in some capacity as well.
