2 (super) solid SNES finds on eBay all within 1 week!

Patience pays off! For months, I've seen the game below go for 50 plus... I remember regretting passing up on a BIN that would have cost me $44 shipped. By the time I made up my mind to BIN it for $44 shipped (about 2 hours later) someone had already BIN it! I hate those losses so much... almost as bad as getting sniped.

Great stuff! Like it's been said in other threads, now is the time to be buying games on ebay because the market is slow. You can get some amazing bargains now.

It helped on the NGT that she only accepts Money Orders. Items on eBay always go for a lower price when people don't accept Paypal. It also helps that it's a really slow time for games right now. Final Fantasy III that once commanded $35-$40, now sells for less than $20.

Good find though. I've seen them go for as low as $35 even with people who have PayPal recently!

Very nice finds on both games, NGT was extra sweet! Last year, i scooped a Metal Warriors complete for $38 it was in the Nes catorgory marked as metal warior lol

Steve...never hesitate...you should know better. Once you see it and you want it...BUY IT NOW. Unless money reasons...then you shouldn't be looking. I know ebay is like crack. Can't get enough of it.

Wow! FFIII that low, consistently, now eh? What a turnaround if that is true. I bought MQ, II and III together in the same auction, cost me like 55 bucks? It was a good deal I remember. :)

As for the money order, yep that definitely helped my causes. Also, her feedback was like 97.5%... and even though it was a "questionable" negative (she might not have deserved it) it seemed to turn people off. I notice 99% even 98% is ok. But once people see 96 97% they seem to get significantly turned off. Which is unfair because it could be 1 negative (undeserved even maybe) out of 46... which would be 97.8%

Insane, yeah I should have BIN but it worked out well in the end. I ended up saving 20 bucks at least :)

It is like crack, i'v seen 3 starwing comp carts go for only £60 to £70 on ebay uk, and a handfull of Snes ntsc proto's go cheap on ebay.com in the last 4 weeks, normally i'd have to bid and make sure i got them, but money is a bitch at the minute, thankfully pay day is here now. LOL

But in saying that i did grab about 5 or 6 nice snes proto's back in march for a nice price (all different auctions) but good prices all the same, thats why it is like crack, your always lookin for the next hit, you find it, and watch it, you sweat it out, then go for it.. LOL

It's funny since back in 2000 when i first joined ebay i was always bidding and winning on something literally everyday, but in the last year and a half i'v took a breath and left it alone, now slowly i'm creeping back, just one or two auctions a month, i'm still in rehab :eek 2:

And STEVEN that sounds like a great deal as well.. thats the thing with ebay search hard enough, and you'll find some amazing stuff, i mean there are a few DP members here that have found unreleased proto's, comp carts etc, etc for some amazing prices!

don't worry about it. You still paid what, $36, that is probably a good 10 dollars UNDER the average. I know, the label's torn but meh.

As long as you get mileage out of the game, don't worry about woulda coulda shoulda.

Seriously tho, I do understand what you're saying. I remember getting Persona 2 for under $30 last year, after seeing it going for $40+ for months and refusing to pay such a foolish price.

Now all I'm waiting for is Dracula X....
