PC engine super system card 3.0 case, paperwork, plastic card sleeve, but no card. this was how i found it; i scoured the thrift store for any sign of card or hardware that the card could be hiding in, but to no avail. the insert has some water wrinkling and a tear where a page got stuck while trying to open it. $5
