FYI: This is NOT a remake of Mega Man 1 for NES, it is a totally new adventure with new robots and new levels.

That is strange, I have this game too! The one I have only came with the 3.5" disk though, and no instruction/paper work at all.

This game have a manual too, i have it myself :) There is also a box variation, one where you lift the whole lid off and another that you open at the end, like a NES game. I also have a copy where there is a warranty card, registration card and some gaming commercial.
