Not in the ad but running at the same time is $5 off all strategy guides with no additional purchase required.

Well, you can use that Buy 2 get 1 sale for whatever N64 and PS1 games they still have left that you want. They stop taking those on June 1st, so clear your local stores out!

I've got about 10 PS2 RPG's I shouldn't have too much of a problem getting my hands on and I know my dumbass will end up buying Rez/Gitaroo Man/Cubivore during the sale as well. And the DS Lite is the 11th too, right? I'm lookin at somewhere around $350 there :(

I'm hoping he didn't really check the computer at all, myself. I didn't really see any decent games there (except for some Ps1 Square games... at $20), and they only have used GBA carts, without manuals or their boxes.

I just hope that they really will have discounted console accessories. They had a GBA Gameshark for $20, hopefully it'll be $15 on the weekend.

Is there a place online where we can see all the offers? I've heard of sites like CheapAssGamer, but they suck because they require registration. :P

Not sure if it's valid in-store, but EB online has buy one used game (>$20) get one (<$20) free. Assuming the games you want divide evenly into those that are more than and less than $20, I'd think that's better than B2G1.

That would be the better deal except that they don't promise you will receive the game manual or even the case for the game. Instead they now have a little rtf file you can download and print. Gamestop ruined EB's online store, the bastards! :angry:

Why the frown face? Nobody's forcing you to buy anything. If you're dreding spending that much you could save it.

Ever since the merger they have been real tight on the buy 2 get one free. I am excited I want to buy a bunch of stuff but I think I have a date in November. Sort of like planning for a wedding.

I've been planning for this sale myself. I intend to clean up on PS1 games before it is too late. My list are ready, the only drawback I may run into is that they sometimes limit you to 3 free games. I'll have to keep going back all week...

Sometimes the clerks get upset when you buy an oodle of games and they have to look for them...evr notice how many are missing? Or are they stashing them for themselves???

My gamestop and EB really don't sell PS1 really well (only one of the stores still carry N64). I'm expecting by the end of the year or somewhere along this year. PS1 and N64 will go to like 30% off or something like that...and I hope thats when another Buy 2 get 1 comes up...

This sell comes at a bad time :( since I probably won't have the funds for it...again.

Yeah, I went to the local Gamestop and the store was filled with kids and teens who wanted to sell their stuff for the promotions going on.

I went there and found nothing interesting. If only I owned a PS2, I'd take advantage of this, but since I don't, eh.

Then went to another place traded in 4 old sports games, kingdom hearts 1, mario & luigi partners in time, and 2 other crap games and also traded Oblivion and Blazing Angels in. So I only traded 4 decent games and rest was crap and got:

I only bought a set of Gamestop branded GBA headphones. Since I had $4.50 in credit from when I traded in some DVDs I didn't want a while back, they only cost me $3.50. :D

The things actually work quite well - they included a GBA Port Headphone adaptor and separate headphones, so I can replace the headphones in the future when the ones I got in the package break. So I got a GREAT deal, though the guy at the register didn't like it when I showed him the credit ticket! LOL

I went there this week without knowing about the sale. I didn't see any used games I wanted, but I did pick up Time Crisis 3 with the guns. Great price for that!

buy any NCSOFT game and get city of villians for free!! that mean you can pick up city of heroes for 20 bucks get city of villians for free and have 2 months free. after they it's only 15 a month!!!
