PSP Owners: great deal on 1gb memory sticks ($34.99)

Office Depot has 1gb San Disk Memory Stick Pro Duo's for $34.99, and you don't have to do any rebates or anything. It's on the back page of their Sunday ad. The regular price is $59.99, and you save $25 instantly. Not too bad a deal for a 1 gig stick, considering you don't have to do any rebate bullshit.


I'm going to take my ad to Best Buy and see if I can do a price match, cause I have a little bit of Best Buy credit floating around, and I could use a few more sticks.

Yeah, it sucks even more if you have a Fry's Electronics near you. If you don't mind the whole rebate thing, you can get 2 gb sticks from them for like $69.99 or maybe even less. It's pretty ridiculous, but the downside is that you have to wait a long ass time to finally get your rebate money. But man, some of the prices that I've seen for 2 gb sticks at Fry's are pretty damn amazing. It kinda makes me mad as well, cause when I first got a PSP, I wasn't really up on what the prices for the sticks were, and I paid way too much for my first two sticks, but I didn't know any better.

well even more discounts keep comming, next week, gamestop will be likewise doing a 40 dollar 1gig psp mem stick, the week of the 4th, through the 11th. Along with their buy 2 get 1 free, deal... for that price, I need to grab two...lol

I was pretty disappointed when I took my trip to Florida. I figured memory would be cheaper for sure in the U.S., and it was, but *only* if I wanted to do the rebate thing. If only a sale like this was going on when I went!
