Okay, DPers, here's the story.
I had found a good deal on a used PS2 over on GameTZ, and told one of my friends about it. She gave me the money for it and I paid the seller yesterday in the hopes he'd send it today.
However, I had gotten a message from him informing me that the PS2 was getting DREs and he refunded my money.
So, I'm back to square one. I want to get an inexpensive (<$100) PS2 console for her.
Here is what she is expecting:
- must be the "fat" model
- must have at least 1 DualShock 2 controller
- must be able to play DVDs and PS2 DVD-ROMs
And here is what I have to put towards it:
a large model PS1 bundle with the parallel port, 2 controllers, all hookups, and 4 games: Legend of Dragoon (GH), Namco Museum v. 1 (non-GH), Mega Man X5, Mega Man X6
