So I finally get my power pad and go to play super teams game with it and everytime i go to play i get to where the race is about to start but the guy never shots the pistol off. What am i doing wrong? I feel so stupid cuz i played the game like 3 months ago and can't remember how to get it started

Plug the pad into the second player slot, I'm pretty sure thats the problem. I had that problem before too.

Don't you have to use the middle pads (5-6, 7-8) on Side B for most of the events? The gun won't fire until you are standing on the pads if I remember correctly.
