Xbox - Fatal Frame II

So I started up this game recently and one thing really bothered me:

not being able to take shots with the "A" button, after having beat Fatal Frame. Now it's not such a big deal since I've gotten used to it now, but does anyone else notice the options menu is apparently not implemented? I don't know if I have a messed up copy, or there's just no options. In the manual, it says move the cursor left or right to select "new game", "load" or "options" but only the first two are there.

Am I doing something wrong or did they forget?

I think they left it out. I had to adjust, too, because I couldn't find another way.

Wow...I guess they were a little too worried about adding in all the "special" stuff that they forgot the most basic thing. Hope you enjoy the default settings everyone!
