I just won MDK 2 for Dreamcast today on ebay, I've read reviews on the game, anyone have any thoughts/comments (pros, cons etc.) on this game??? The reviews I've read have given it great props!!! Some give it a 9 out of 10 score!! Is it a FPS or what?? Thanks in advance for your thoughts!! E.---

I played a demo disc and it seemed pretty solid. Most people hated the first game, but the second one's a pretty good hybrid of Doom-style first person shooters and 3D platformers. Be warned, though... even the demo got pretty tough, and I heard the full game was even harder.
That reminds me... this iis something I've been meaning to ask for a long time. Did Ben Stein do any voice over work for this game? I swear the brain that talks to the mad doctor sounds just like him.

when has bioware made a BAD game? er, well shattered steel doesn't count, as it was their first game, lol. they're probably the most consistent north american developer (canadian) in terms of their attention to detail and what makes a game so much damn fun to play. most of their stuff has been on the pc, but mdk2 was/is amazing- the ps2 port adds even better control and an easier cifficulty, AND they're working their asses off on knights of the old republic for the xbox. i've grown out of/away from star wars (thanks to the last two movies), but i can't wait to get my hands on this game...=^P

Not a FPS, a third person game that controlls like a FPS.

This game rocks. Yep, it's hard as nails, and makes no appologies for it. Lots of eye candy and warped humor and very good action. I like it. Believe the hype.
